Full description
Typing "submit report every Wednesday at 8pm" just works — natural-language date and recurrence parsing is Todoist's most-loved detail. Projects, labels, priorities and filters form a system that stays out of your way.
Sync is reliable, launch is instant, and the experience is consistent across desktop, mobile and browser extensions. Board view, calendar layout and some advanced filters require a subscription.
It is deliberately too light for full project or document management, but hard to fault as a pure task list.
