Full description
Notion organises everything into blocks: a paragraph, a to-do, a table or a kanban card can all be rearranged freely. Databases offer multiple views, so the same records can be read as a calendar, a board or a table.
The mobile apps are great for quick capture and reference, while heavy formatting and bulk editing are still more comfortable on desktop. A large template ecosystem covers everything from reading notes to product roadmaps.
That flexibility comes with a learning curve, and team workspaces can get messy without shared conventions. Offline access and loading speed on very large workspaces are the two most common complaints.
